About Qineng Footwear
Heshan Qineng Footwear Co., Ltd. is based in Heshan, Guangdong, China, and is home to the OCVA® brand. With more than 30 years of industry experience, the company brings together in-house R&D, design and production, specializing in premium footwear and leather accessories. It provides product development and manufacturing cooperation for brands, distributors and buyers.
OCVA® was founded by three like-minded partners brought together by a shared love of shoes. These three down-to-earth “old souls” continue to explore footwear that combines comfort with individual character. Peng leads design and quality, working alongside Master Hua, who has more than 40 years of personal shoemaking experience, to bring design ideas and craftsmanship together.
Footwear & craftsmanship
The product range includes outdoor and motorcycle-inspired shoes and boots, dress and fashion footwear, and Birkenstock-inspired casual shoes, sandals and slides. Goodyear construction and refined intensive-washing techniques are central to the company’s craft, with attention to silhouettes, leather texture and production details that balance a distinctive design style with wearing comfort. Leather suppleness, flexibility and the character that develops with wear are considered during development, with each style’s construction and finish confirmed through sampling.
OEM / ODM development
Qineng Footwear provides OEM/ODM customization services. Working from each customer’s brand positioning, target markets, reference images and design sketches, the team discusses styles, construction and surface finishes. Requirements are clarified and samples reviewed to define the development direction and production arrangements step by step.
Partnerships & markets
The company welcomes distribution and brand agency partnerships across Europe and North America, Japan and South Korea, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. It also connects with buyers and brand designers face to face at industry exhibitions. With craftsmanship, wearing comfort and product value at its core, Qineng looks forward to developing footwear and leather accessory collections that meet the needs of each partner’s target markets.
